Rate for a 1BHK flat is Rs.2750 per square feet
Areas of our 1BHK flats range between 550 sq ft to 685 sq ft. Please note that Saleable areas are for representation purposes only. Carpet Area and Additional Area added towards Builtup Area are shown in Agreement separately.

Cost ranges between 16 Lacs to 21 Lacs depending upon the choice and area of flat chosen.

Loans are approved from any bank of your choice. However, we have proactively also tied up with Banks such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda and Non banking partners such as IIFL so that you get quick access to your loan account.

Loan depends on your salary slip or your return filing as a business. A Banking executive will verify details and provide you with a rough estimate accordingly.

Usually it’s around Rs.900 per Lac for 20 Yrs. So if you have a loan of say 15 Lacs then, u simple multiply 900*15= 13500 approximately.

You can club taxation part into the agreement but still you could get anywhere ranging from 85% to 90% depending on your eligibility.
